Our Getting Started Right (GSR) Program is an organized project management plan designed specifically to help all new PROFITprofessional customers implement and utilize their new software as smoothly and successfully as possible. The GSR Program breaks down your implementation project into smaller steps, and provides helpful tips throughout to ensure you do not miss any critical components.

The research and development of the Getting Started Right Program was collected from existing clients who have been through the process and have helped refine the GSR Program to make getting started easier for future clients like you!

What is the basic idea?
To make the process simple, we break the GSR Program down for our customers. The three phases of the Program are:

1. Getting your Hardware and Software Installed
2. Implementing Your Software (Loading Your Data)
3. Learning How to Use It (Post Setup Training on Daily Procedures)

During the entire GSR implementation program you have a set up specialist assigned specifically to your account. Your set up specialist will assist in keeping you on track, offer insight to the best choices for your business, and educate you on the processes and use of the software.
