Without knowing anything but the customer’s name, you can find out the status of each and every item that remains undelivered to them. It doesn’t matter how many items, sales, salespeople, or vendors may be involved. You can bring it up right here on one screen, with almost every bit of the information as an automatic by-product of entering the sale, the single exception being acknowledgment information.
